- The oxide color before firing and after firing will be the same color (about 10 - 30% difference in shade).
- You can mix colors into other colors (however, after firing, the color will be different from what you want).
- VP color line+code and VY line+code: suitable for painting large areas, drawing strokes.
- VM color line+code: suitable for drawing lines, can draw on enamel and under enamel.
If you paint on enamel, you need to cover the enamel first and then use color to paint textures. Should not be used on strong enamel colored backgrounds such as black, cobalt, brown... the pattern will blend into the enamel and become blurred. If drawing on rough enamel, the drawing will be sharper than when drawing on glossy white enamel.
Instructions for using oxide color.
Step 1: Mix glue with oxide color in the ratio of 50g color + 5g thick glue. You should take the required amount of color and add the corresponding amount of glue. If the color is solid, add more water to make it easier to paint.
For the VM color line, leave it in the shake jar, or stir well the color that settles at the bottom, then take a sufficient amount out and mix the enamel glue to use.
Step 2: Paint the color on the product (Paint 2 layers of color, the 1st layer is dry, then add a 2nd layer, do not apply more than 3 layers of color, Painting should be done on completely dry ceramic products so that the color can be in the right tone.) When painting the array, remember to scan evenly, the color will be evenly covered on the surface of the product, limiting the situation of dark or light colors due to uneven scanning.
Note:
-The color of the illustration displayed on the computer or phone will be slightly different from the actual color outside (10 - 20% difference in color shade)
- You can slowly add a few drops of water or diluted glue to the color mixture if the color is too thick in case If the color is left too long, the water will evaporate, causing the color to become thick. Dissolve the color evenly before painting or drawing.
- Mix diluted glue at the ratio of 100g thick glue + 500ml water. Use to add color when the color thickens.
- If in case the color dries and hardens, add a little water to soak, beat the color evenly before adding enamel glue to use
- Color preservation: Store color in a sealed box, keep in a cool place.
