HOW TO USE
* Maintenance drink to prevent diseases and beautify skin:
- Adults and children over 12 years old: 1-2 tablets/day.
- Children under 12 years old: 1 tablet/day.
* Booster drink to support disease:
- Adults and children over 12 years old: 2-3 tablets/day, divided 2-3 times.
- Children under 12 years old: 2 tablets/day, divided into 2 times.
*Should be used for at least 3 months at a time and can be repeated several times a year.
*Dissolve effervescent tablets in 100-200ml of warm water, to remove air bubbles, can use cold water and adjust taste to taste.
